Partyamo’s Commitment to Child Safety: Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Partyamo is committed to providing a safe and positive environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We define CSAE as any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Prohibited Content and Behavior:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): The creation, distribution, possession, or sharing of any images, videos, or other content that depicts a child engaged in sexual activity is strictly prohibited.
• Grooming: Any attempt to establish a relationship with a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation is forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Soliciting or requesting sexually explicit images or videos from a child.
  • Engaging in sexually suggestive conversations with a child.
  • Misrepresenting one’s age or identity to a child.
  • Offering gifts, money, or other incentives to a child in exchange for sexual favors or information.
  • Attempting to gain the trust of a child for the purpose of creating an opportunity to abuse them.
• Sextortion: The use of threats or coercion to obtain sexually explicit images or videos from a child is strictly prohibited.
• Child Sexual Trafficking: Any activity that facilitates or promotes the trafficking of children for sexual purposes is forbidden.
• Endangerment: Any content or behavior that puts a child at risk of sexual abuse or exploitation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Sharing a child’s personal information (e.g., address, school, location) without parental consent.
  • Encouraging a child to engage in risky or dangerous behavior.
  • Promoting or glorifying child sexual abuse.
• Age Misrepresentation: Users must provide accurate age information. Creating an account with a false age to interact with minors is strictly prohibited.
• Solicitation of minors: Any direct or indirect attempt to solicit minors for sexual activity.

2. Reporting and Enforcement:

• Partyamo provides clear and accessible mechanisms for users to report suspected CSAE.
• Within the app’s settings, users will find a dedicated section for reporting CSAE. This section will provide a direct link to an appropriate reporting method, such as a Google Form, specifically designed for CSAE reports. This form will allow users to provide detailed information and, if available, attach relevant evidence.
• All reports of CSAE will be thoroughly investigated.
• Partyamo will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of CSAE.
• Users who violate these standards will face immediate and permanent account suspension.
• Partyamo utilizes automated tools and human moderation to detect and remove CSAE.
• We will report all credible instances of CSAE to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities.

3. User Responsibilities:

• Users are responsible for reporting any suspected CSAE.
• Users must respect the privacy and safety of all users.
• Users must refrain from engaging in any behavior that could put a child at risk.
• Users must maintain a safe online environment.

4. Age Rating and User Responsibility:

• Partyamo is rated 17+. Users are responsible for ensuring they are of legal age to use the application.

5. Legal Compliance:

• Partyamo will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to CSAE, including but not limited to, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant international laws.
